Responsibilities:

This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Support salary proposal preparation, offer discussions, and offer extensions with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruitment activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Foster positive candidate experience through effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Support recruitment process improvement and other talent acquisition projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interest in AI, technology, and data-driven recruitment practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is required; additional regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS or comparable ATS is a plus.
