Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Support

• Support tracking of key initiatives, decisions, and follow-ups
• Prepare briefs, meeting agendas, minutes, and action summaries
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Support research, presentations, and documentation for business priorities
• Assist with leadership updates, reports, and stakeholder engagement

Operations & Process Improvement

• Build and maintain workflows, SOPs, and administrative processes
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation, AI, and process enhancements
• Support onboarding, probation, and departmental administrative initiatives

Team Engagement

• Coordinate team engagement, learning, and bonding initiatives
• Support cross-team collaboration and communication efforts

Job Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail; able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and gaps
• Data-driven and comfortable working with trackers, reports, and basic analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong follow-through and accountability
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Able to organise information logically and maintain accurate documentation
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to continuously improve processes
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
