Job Description

  • Drive strategic growth of the consumer lending portfolio by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and present the growth proposals, collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation and achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage insights into user behavior and lifecycle, including analyzing user segmentation and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to build and utilize performance tracking tools.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the product roadmap; work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Product, Design, Marketing) to ensure a seamless and compliant user experience.
  • Partner with Customer Support and Operations to understand customer needs, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose recommendations to enhance product governance and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or above degree in business, finance, engineering, statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, business development, growth strategy, or a closely related field within the financial services or digital commerce industries (preferably payments, BNPL, lending, finance, or eCommerce), with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, and iteration.
