1.0 RESPONSIBILITY

1.1 Establish new dealer accounts and expand sales channels across Peninsular Malaysia.

1.2 Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales

1.3 Present, promote, and explain products or services to customers

1.4 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

1.5 Achieve individual and team sales targets

1.6 Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers

1.7 Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales

1.8 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

1.9 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.

1.10 Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.

1.11 Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.

1.12 Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.

1.13 To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
