At least graduated in Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Admin or related field

1-3 years in project admin, document control or QS support roles (construction or fire door preferred)

Familiarity with fire-rated products, BOMBA requirements, or construction documentation is an advantage

Experience with billing or project management

Have own transport

Coordinate with warehouse/ logistic on delivery schedules

Prepare monthly progress claims based on delivery records and site installation progress

Compile supporting documents (DOs, site photos, inspection reports) for each claim submission

Submit claims to Main Contractor (Main Con) or client within the agreed claim period

Follow up on claim certification, approval, and payment status

Maintain a claim tracker — recording submission dates, certified amounts, and outstanding amounts

Liaise with accounts team to reconcile received payments against certified claims

Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on project drawings and specifications

Compare actual quantities delivered vs. contracted quantities — flag any shortfall or excess

Assist in preparing variation order (VO) documentation when scope changes arise

Support in compiling final account documentation upon project completion

Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations for material procurement purposes

Maintain organized project files — contracts, drawings, correspondence, DOs, invoices
