The MIS Manager will lead a small, agile IT team dedicated to supporting the organization’s ERP and POS systems, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft ERP system/Retail POS system.

• Strong SQL and reporting skills.

• Experience supporting multi-outlet retail operations.

• Team leadership and good communication skills.

• Experience in Web development using . Net and SQL Server is a great advantage.

• Lead and manage the IT team to deliver effective local systems support.

• Oversee and support the daily operation of ERP and POS systems,

ensuring reliability, data accuracy and smooth system operations across retail outlets.

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for ERP/POS applications/other systems and

related IT infrastructure.

• Use SQL scripts to extract, analyse, and process sales and operational data for business reporting.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, document needs, and implement

system enhancements.

• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals; conduct user training as needed.

• Monitor and address security threats and vulnerabilities associated with changing technologies.

• Ensure robust backup systems and network security protocols are in place.
