Lead and guide Process Engineers and Technicians in handling production process-related activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Work closely with internal departments to establish and maintain production workflows according to customer and business requirements.

Ensure Work Instructions (WI), Shop Floor Control (SFC) processes and SAP records are properly maintained and updated.

Coordinate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO) across production operations.

Monitor production efficiency through UPH tracking, process improvement projects and Kaizen activities.

Maintain and update Engineering Change (EC) masterlists and implementation records.

Prepare, review and update Work Instructions for production processes.

Conduct training for production teams on updated Work Instructions and process requirements.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production readiness.

Provide process support during mass production runs.

Participate in ISO implementation, audits and maintenance activities.
