Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Supervise, guide and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness and compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, inventory control and cost management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety, service standards and operational procedures.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
