Job Scope:
Provide general administrative and day-to-day office support
Assist with data entry, filing and preparation of documents
Coordinate schedules, meetings and team activities
Support the planning and execution of events and marketing activities
Assist with social media content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
Create simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
Help with photography/video content during events and activities
Conduct basic online research and support ongoing marketing projects
Assist with enquiries and follow-ups where required
Provide ad-hoc support to the team on various projects
Ideal Candidate:
Organised, responsible and able to work independently
Comfortable with social media and basic digital tools
Creative and willing to contribute new ideas
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Canva/CapCut is a bonus
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Students and undergraduates are welcome to apply
Able to commit 2–3 days per week
