Job Summary
Support the Student Management Team by supervising student behaviour and discipline, assisting in school programmes, maintaining discipline records, and contributing to student development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Monitor student behaviour and manage discipline matters in collaboration with the Student Management Team
Supervise students during detention, in-house suspension, and disciplinary activities to ensure compliance with school rules
Assist teachers in managing students during Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and school programmes to maintain order and safety
Maintain accurate student discipline records and perform administrative follow-up on student cases to support effective case management
Support character-building, Gear-Up, and other student development programmes to promote positive student growth
Conduct basic student interviews independently and collaborate with teachers to address student issues
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient in Google Workspace, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in student management, classroom supervision, or school discipline support
Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
