JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure workflow and processes are properly recorded as per SOP.
• Ensure timely processing of staff claims and vendor invoices.
• Ensure timely processing of payments (GIRO and TT).
• Perform monthly SOA reconciliation.
• Prepare AP-related journals and adjustments; ensure timely month-end close.
• Prepare monthly schedules for analysis and audit purposes.
• Support and attend to queries from internal (HQ and centres) and external (vendor customers) parties for AP-related issues.
• Conduct team meetings, including coordination or assistance in preparing team meeting minutes.
• Ensure proper administrative work for AP-related transactions (filing, documentation, Google/documents storage drive housekeeping, archiving, etc.).
• ·       Support data collation and analysis for workflow improvement.
• ·       Support and assist in all kinds of audits throughout the year.
• ·       Provide backup support for other BUs, urgent matters, and other accounts/ad-hoc duties whenever assigned, related to Finance.
• ·       Perform any other reviewer roles as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       3yearsplus experience in Accounting

·       Bachelor degree or any other related degree
