• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution,control, and completion of specific projects
• Manage project staff and provide direction and support toproject team
• Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification ofresources needed.
• Monitor’s timeline of all submissions to authorities andobtaining the necessary approvals/permits/certificates.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities and holdregular status meetings with various stakeholders.
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties in meeting the projectschedule and ensure that the project completes on time and within budget andquality standards.
• Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure complianceto quality and site safety.
