Dental Front Desk Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a friendly, well-organised, and patient-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, is confident in handling administrative duties, and takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment booking, and payment collection
• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries with confidence and proper telephone etiquette
• Assist with email correspondence, general enquiries, and basic complaint handling
• Coordinate and manage the clinic appointment schedule efficiently
• Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general clinic coordination
• Support the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• Friendly, well-spoken, and service-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Responsible, organised, and able to work well in a team
• Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
