Customer Service Assistant (Senior)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers politely.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with their needs and requests.
• Listen to customer feedback and complaints.
• Help resolve customer problems professionally.
• Refer complicated issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate politely and clearly.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure customers receive proper assistance.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments.
• Follow company rules and service procedures.
• Assist team members with daily operations.
