Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and clinical decision-making for patients with complex conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery, self-management and safe discharge planning
• Support student clinical education
• Participate in quality improvement, innovation and research initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by AHPC
• AHPC Full Registration with a valid Practising Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
• Passion for delivering patient-centred care and contributing to service excellence
• Experience in acute setting will be advantageous
