Job Description
We are looking for a React.js Developer to join our client's frontend development team in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining responsive user interface components using React.js and related technologies.
You will work closely with the development team to translate application requirements and interface designs into high-quality frontend solutions. The role also involves improving frontend performance, troubleshooting application issues, and maintaining technical documentation.
This is an initial contract of 5-months contract
, with a high possibility of renewal
, offering an opportunity to contribute to ongoing development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to discuss user interface concepts and application requirements.
Review application requirements, interface designs, and technical specifications.
Identify and implement web-based user interactions.
Develop highly responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
Write clean, maintainable JavaScript code following React.js workflows and best practices.
Troubleshoot interface issues, debug application code, and resolve frontend defects.
Develop and maintain frontend architecture to support scalable user interfaces.
Monitor, profile, and optimise frontend application performance.
Document application changes and maintain frontend technical documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience working as a React.js Developer.
Experience with Node.js development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience with React.js tools and libraries, including Webpack, Redux, Flux, and Enzyme.
Experience with Semantic UI and/or Material UI.
Knowledge of Micro Frontend Architecture (MFE).
Experience with user interface design and responsive web development.
Familiarity with browser-based debugging and frontend performance testing tools.
Knowledge of code analysis and security tools such as Black Duck and Coverity.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, are encouraged to apply.
