Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 per month

• Monthly Sales Incentives: $500–$1,000+, subject to sales performance and applicable targets

️ Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear needs, preferences and lifestyle.

• Recommend suitable eyewear products and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Explain product features and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Process sales transactions, payments and customer orders accurately.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on orders where required.

• Support stock receiving, replenishment and inventory management.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.

• Work towards individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Friendly, approachable and confident in engaging customers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets and earn performance-based incentives.

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the roster.

Working Arrangements

• 5-day work week

• Rotating shifts based on store operating hours

• Islandwide retail locations available
