KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan and workflows in line with client and contract requirements.
• Define model responsibilities, deliverables, exchange schedules, review gates and quality-control procedures.
• Lead coordination of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and other relevant discipline models.
• Manage model federation, clash reviews, issue ownership, action tracking and closure.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to resolve BIM issues.
• Review models and drawings for completeness, consistency, standards compliance and submission readiness.
• Monitor deliverables, model exchanges, submissions and outstanding coordination actions.
• Set up coordination meetings, agendas, minutes, issue registers and escalation procedures.
• Guide BIM coordinators/modellers, allocate tasks, review outputs and support team development.
• Identify recurring coordination problems and implement process improvements.
• Report BIM status, risks, dependencies and decisions required by project leadership.
• Maintain model versions, common data environment practices and project records as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in engineering, architecture or construction.
• Demonstrable BIM coordination/management experience on infrastructure or complex projects.
• LTA project experience is required for this vacancy; state project type, stage and personal scope.
• Strong knowledge of BIM execution planning, clash management, model QA and delivery controls.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM authoring and coordination tools.
• Leadership, stakeholder management and issue-resolution skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Singapore transport, rail, road, station, tunnel or other LTA-related infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple disciplines.
• Examples of major coordination issues resolved and process improvements introduced.
