We are looking for a motivated and responsible Dental Surgery Assistant to become part of our professional dental practice in Langkawi, Kedah. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced dental professionals in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist dentists during clinical procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and equipment.

* Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for patient appointments.

* Perform proper sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines.

* Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record management.

* Maintain adequate stock levels of dental supplies and assist with inventory monitoring.

* Safely handle and dispose of clinical waste following healthcare regulations.

* Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients before, during, and after treatment.

* Carry out administrative and operational tasks to support the daily activities of the clinic.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to converse and communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English.

* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality service.

* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in healthcare and dentistry.

* Prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage, but training may be provided for suitable candidates.
