We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Purchasing Officer / Executive to manage our company’s procurement activities. In this role, you will be responsible for researching vendors, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all purchased goods and services meet our quality standards.

The Purchasing Officerdrives the company's procurement efficiency by managing the end-to-end supply chain process. The core focus is to balancecost reductionwithuncompromised quality by securing reliable vendor partnerships.

• Sourcing & Negotiation:Researching new vendors andnegotiating competitive pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts.

• Order Management:Processing purchase requisitions, issuingPurchase Orders (POs), and tracking deliveries to prevent operational delays.

• Supplier Performance: Evaluating vendor compliance, resolving delivery or invoice disputes, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Financial Control:Analyzing cost trends, comparing quotes, and ensuring all purchasing activitiesalign with departmental budgets.
