Senior Conveyancing CLERK

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years working experience in Conveyancing (Subsales, Loan Documentations, Developer Project)

• Candidate should possess at least SPM or equivalent

• Must be good with using computer (Microsoft Word & Excel)

• Proficiency in Mandarin (to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients)

We are looking for an experienced conveyancing clerk to join our team in a senior capacity

You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience handling subsales and loan documentation, and you are able to manage files independently with minimal supervision

Beyond your own files, you are comfortable guiding junior staff, keeping the team on track, and maintaining the standards of the practice

You are thorough, reliable, and take pride not just in your own work but in the work that goes out under the firm's name
