Business Development Intern (Recruitment & Executive Search)

About the Role

ZY Future International is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our recruitment team.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B Business Development, Recruitment and Executive Search in the Singapore market.

You will work with our team to identify potential corporate clients, connect with hiring decision-makers, understand their recruitment needs and develop new recruitment opportunities.

This is not a purely administrative internship. You will gain practical experience in real-world client development and the recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential corporate clients in Singapore
• Identify companies hiring professional, managerial and executive-level positions
• Research HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Hiring Managers and other key decision-makers
• Conduct B2B outreach through phone calls, email and LinkedIn
• Introduce the company's recruitment and executive search services
• Understand clients' current and upcoming hiring requirements
• Develop new recruitment opportunities and Job Orders
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain the BD pipeline
• Coordinate with the recruitment team after obtaining Job Orders
• Maintain accurate client development and follow-up records
• Assist in developing long-term relationships with corporate clients

Requirements

• Currently studying at a university in Singapore
• Preferably available to work 4–5 days per week
• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable communicating with corporate clients
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Interest in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment or Human Resources
• No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided

Students from Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related disciplines are welcome to apply.

Working Arrangement

We prefer candidates who are able to spread their working hours across 4–5 days per week

Working hours can be arranged around the intern's university timetable and discussed with the Company.

As Business Development requires regular client communication and follow-up, candidates who can maintain a consistent working schedule throughout the week will be preferred.
