Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities for Igeotech GPS’s tracking and fleet management solutions in a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with lead generation, preparing presentations and proposals, and following up with potential and existing customers. The intern will help coordinate marketing campaigns, update digital content, and collect market and competitor data to support promotional strategies. The role also involves providing basic customer service support, participating in product demonstrations and training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. This position is designed to offer practical exposure to both sales and marketing in a technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including assisting with product demonstrations and helping customers understand solution features.
• Basic knowledge or interest in GPS tracking, fleet management, or related technology solutions is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya on a full-time basis and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online research and digital tools.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
