Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Information Technology Manager di Dialog Group Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Ensure delivery of quality and reliable IT services to our Dialog business at the Southern Region of Malaysia, by working collaboratively to address business needs and deliver IT projects. Ensure compliances to the Group policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate effective business plan to provide stable IT operation and support.
• Provide strategic leadership and manage teams to deliver results that are aligned with business goals.
• Set or develop management standards, policies, processes, service delivery metrics (e.g. SLA) for unit operations and review for continuous improvement.
• Implement approved policies, guidelines, or standards and monitor compliance.
• Develop costing models for service offerings and establish operational budgets to achieve the business goals in a cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with other units and DIALOG teams to develop and improve governance, operations efficiency or business performances of unit or DIALOG Group. Work closely with Group D&T team to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects or planned activities of the unit.
• Take accountability for performance of unit and team.
• Continuously improve and innovate to improve business performance, operations efficiency or governance.
• Keep abreast with the industry / technology development and identify model / technology for improvement of customer service level.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver their best work.
• Lead in developing and implementing department talent development & succession plans, in collaboration with Planning & Governance and Group HR.
• Lead in development of IT operations roadmap, covering both End User Computing and IT Infrastructure Services.
• Lead in design and implementation and IT Operations and infrastructure related projects/ solutions.
• Lead in supporting of End User Computing, IT Infrastructure, IT Security Operations and collaboration in the workplace.
• Lead in development and maintenance of IT operations standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Lead in reviews, management and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and Security Operations.
• Lead in monitoring and management of IT Security incidents.
• Lead and guide procurement activities for IT equipment, maintenance and support.
• Lead and guide compliance of hardware and software licenses.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT Operations.
• Experience in IoT and OT technologies.
• Exposure to plant operations and systems.
