Join Singapore Cord Blood Bank (SCBB), Singapore’s first and only community cord blood bank. As a non-profit organisation, we serve the needs of patients with blood cancers and immune disorders by providing quality cord blood units for life-saving transplants. The Corporate Development team drives SCBB's strategic communications and marketing efforts, and you will be part of a small, dedicated team working to grow SCBB's presence and connect with the communities it serves.

We are seeking a Senior Executive to support the execution of SCBB's marketing communications strategy across both traditional and digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will contribute to building and strengthening SCBB's reputation.

What You Will Do:

You will assist in executing SCBB's digital marketing strategies, including social media outreach and engagement campaigns and display advertising. This includes liaising with external agencies to develop social media content, maintaining SCBB's website, and generating monthly digital marketing analytics reports.

On the publicity and promotions front, you will support the execution of marketing communications plans that heighten public awareness of SCBB's services and activities. You will develop corporate collaterals such as brochures and flyers, and monitor campaign performances across marketing platforms. You will assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events, community outreach activities, and other initiatives, including sourcing and liaising with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Mass Communication with at least 1 year of experience in content creation/web development/marketing/digital communications
• Ability to create simple collaterals using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Meticulous, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
