Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Air Freight Export Specialist di DHL Global Forwarding - Maukerja

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Process shipping documents
• Match the pickup order and all relevant bookings with the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to the customers' shipping requirements/ instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely
• Ensure copy of all relevant shipping documents are passed to Accounts and Permits departments for processing
• Fax documents and scan pre-alerts if required
• Sort airway bills/ export permit for posting
• Ensure permits are declared for all shipments
• Manage any other tasks as assigned
  
  
  

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma with at least 1-2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of freight industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
• Able to work weekly rostered days, including weekends and public holidays. Normal hours at 9am to 6.30pm.
