Expression of Interest (EOI) – SOR / SOR Assistant, Major Infrastructure Projects

The Opportunity

We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified professionals for potential Superintending Officer’s Representative (SOR) and Superintending Officer’s Representative Assistant (SORA) opportunities in Singapore.

These opportunities are associated with upcoming major infrastructure projects currently at the tender stage. We are interested in connecting with experienced professionals from Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Management backgrounds who have relevant experience in contract administration in terminal building or major infrastructure or complex mixed use.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position and discipline, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the administration and delivery of major infrastructure and construction contracts.
• Reviewing and monitoring contractors' works against contractual and project requirements.
• Supporting the administration of contractual matters, correspondence and project documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and coordinating with contractors, consultants and relevant project stakeholders.
• Reviewing submissions, progress information and other project documentation relevant to the assigned discipline.
• Supporting the resolution of technical, contractual and coordination matters during project delivery.
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation relating to project and contract administration.
• Working closely with the wider project team to support the successful delivery of the works.
  
  

Requirements

For SOR (Superintending Officer’s Representative) positions

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Ideally 15 to 20 years or more of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant experience in contract administration.
• Experience working on major infrastructure, construction or similarly complex projects would be advantageous.
  
  

For SORA (Superintending Officer’s Representative Assistant) positions

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Ideally 8 to 10 years or more of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant experience in contract administration.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, construction or similarly complex projects would be advantageous.
