We are seeking a structured and motivated

Supervisor

to lead our day-to-day operations and empower our frontline team. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic management goals and daily execution. You will succeed if you are excellent at problem-solving, maintain a calm demeanor under pressure, and take pride in developing others.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead & Mentor: Oversee a team of [Number, e.g., 5–12] employees, handling onboarding, daily coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize Operations: Manage shift schedules, allocate tasks, and troubleshoot daily bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Drive Accountability: Monitor team performance metrics (KPIs) and implement constructive feedback or corrective action plans when needed.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety regulations.
• Report Upward: Act as the primary liaison to senior management, providing regular updates on operational wins and challenges.
