Job Purpose

To support the Marketing team in executing marketing activities, content creation, promotions, product launches and customer engagement to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Support

• Assist in planning and preparing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Take simple photos and videos of products, outlet activities, events and behind-the-scenes content.

• Assist in creating captions, posters, short videos, reels and promotional materials.

• Follow the monthly content calendar and ensure content is prepared on time.

• Monitor basic social media engagement such as comments, messages, views and customer responses.

2. Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist the team in preparing and executing promotions, festive campaigns and product launches.

• Prepare promotional materials such as posters, menu inserts, standees, vouchers and digital content.

• Coordinate with outlet and operation teams to ensure campaign information is communicated correctly.

• Check that promotional materials are properly displayed at outlets.

3. Product Launch & Sales Support

• Support new product launches by preparing product information, photos, descriptions and promotional content.

• Assist in competitor and market research for pricing, packaging, promotion ideas and product trends.

• Collect customer feedback on new products and promotions.

• Support Marketing and Sales teams with basic presentation materials, catalogues and product information.

4. KOL / Influencer Coordination

• Assist in preparing KOL and influencer invitation lists.

• Coordinate basic communication, visit arrangements and campaign requirements.

• Track which KOLs have visited, posted or are still pending.

• Collect posting links, screenshots and basic campaign results for reporting.

5. Outlet & Customer Feedback

• Visit outlets when required to observe customer response, product display and promotional execution.

• Collect feedback from service teams regarding customer enquiries and popular products.

• Assist in tracking how customers discover the brand, such as social media, KOL, walk-in, referral or promotion.

• Report useful customer feedback and observations to the Marketing team.

6. Marketing Research

• Research current F&B trends, competitors, new product ideas and promotional activities.

• Monitor competitor social media, campaigns, pricing and product launches.

• Suggest creative ideas that may improve brand awareness, customer engagement or sales.

7. Basic Marketing Reporting

• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly marketing reports.

• Track simple data such as:

  • Social media reach and engagement

  • Campaign response

  • Voucher redemption

  • KOL posting status

  • Customer feedback

  • Promotion performance

• Organise photos, videos, campaign records and marketing files properly.

8. Event & Photoshoot Support

• Assist during product photoshoots, events, roadshows, outlet launches or promotional activities.

• Prepare products, props and marketing materials when required.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing activities run smoothly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field.

• Interested in F&B, social media and content creation.

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other editing tools is an advantage.

• Able to take simple photos and videos using a smartphone.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
