We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer – Strategy & Corporate Finance to join our senior leadership team.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on corporate finance, business growth, capital management, fundraising, M&A, investment evaluation and long-term value creation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group CEO, Board of Directors and business leaders to drive strategic financial decisions and support the Group’s expansion and transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute the Group’s strategic financial roadmap and growth initiatives
• Lead corporate finance, fundraising, capital planning and financing strategies
• Evaluate investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and new business opportunities
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and M&A activities
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and business performance analysis
• Monitor profitability, EBITDA, margins, cash flow and key financial indicators
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, financial institutions and professional advisers
• Support Board-level decision making, governance, risk management and corporate exercises
• Lead investor relations and financial communications, including presentations and reports
• Partner with finance and business leaders to strengthen commercial decision-making and business transformation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline

• Professional qualification such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA, CAANZ or equivalent

• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership/CFO-equivalent role

• Strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, M&A, treasury, financial modelling and strategic planning

• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, taxation, governance and financial reporting

• Proven experience engaging with Boards, investors, bankers, auditors and regulators

• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities

• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or heavy industries would be an advantage
