About the Roles

Join as a Quantity Surveyor based in Toa Payoh, working a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, in a permanent position. The role offers a basic salary of up to $4,500, together with AWS and Variable Bonus, supporting interior fit-out projects from tendering through project administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare tender submissions and ensure all bids are completed within the required timeline.
• Perform quantity take-offs and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Review supplier quotations and compile costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
• Manage pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Review project drawings and specifications to support costing and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties throughout the project.
• Prepare notifications for extension of time where potential project delays arise.
• Manage project administration and documentation, including subcontract preparation and Variation Orders.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, A&A, or related project works.
• Experience handling full interior fitout projects.
