• l Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System.
• l Establish quality objectives, policies, procedures, standards, and performance indicators.
• l Monitor and improve product and process quality to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
• l Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• l Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• l Establish inspection, testing, and quality control procedures across relevant operations.
• l Monitor supplier quality and work with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• l Review customer complaints, analyse trends, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• l Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• l Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• l Provide quality training and guidance to employees at all levels.
• l Develop and monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
• l Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality awareness, and accountability.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
