Requirements

• Proactive, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

• Able to commit to the agreed part-time working schedule.

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles is preferred.

• Experience in procurement or project-related administration is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with good organizational skills and a proactive attitude are welcome to apply.

• Interest in renewable energy or engineering-related work is an advantage.

• Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record keeping.

• Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and basic project documents.

• Assist with project schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal team members as required.

• Support procurement and basic logistics arrangements.

• Maintain and update records and data using Excel / Google Sheets.

• Support day-to-day office administration and other related tasks as required.
