Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Eager to learn and gain practical industry experience

• Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documents

• Support the Contract team in project cost estimation, tendering, and progress claims

• Help with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks

• Assist in liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants when required

• Provide support in monitoring project progress and preparing reports

• Hands-on experience in construction contract management
• Guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals
