Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.

Organized and able to manage documentation systematically.

Willing to learn new systems, including AutoCount.

Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of data analysis will be an added advantage.

Support the Production team with data entry, documentation, and data analysis.

Convert hardcopy Production Information Sheets (PIS) into digital Excel records.

Organize and maintain proper filing of production records and documents.

Ensure production data is accurately recorded, updated, and easily accessible.

Assist in analyzing digitalized production data to identify trends and support reporting.

Support improvements in data accessibility and reporting efficiency.

Learn and use the AutoCount system to provide basic support to the Plant Admin when required.

Assist with other administrative or production-related tasks assigned from time to time.
