The primary purpose of the National Road Logistics Business Process Manager is to optimize and streamline national road logistics operations through effective business process management. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and service quality by implementing innovative process improvements and digital solutions. It ensures alignment with strategic goals, driving transformation and future-oriented logistics practices. The role contributes to maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence. It plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders to achieve seamless logistics operations.
How you create impact
Operational / Tactical duties
• Recording, analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring business processes with a focus on billing and administration
• Defining and tracking target processes and structures through regular audits ("Process Governance")
• Modeling business processes and creating SOPs in the areas of administration and controlling
Leadership Responsibility
• Organizing and moderating Lean workshops, training sessions, etc.
• Developing and describing process requirements for IT in the area of billing
Customer / Commercial Responsibility
• Developing customer specific SOPs & control tools to ensure operations team operates as per customer’s expectations
Strategic Responsibility
• Develops and implements strategic business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery in road logistics.
• Utilizes business intelligence tools to analyze logistics data, providing actionable insights for decision-making and process optimization.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with national and global logistics strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in business process improvement, system implementation, process optimization, or related areas.
- Strong experience in system execution, process design, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver user training and manage stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to improve business performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Background in consulting, business transformation, process excellence, or systems implementation is highly preferred.

- Experience working as an individual contributor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience leading or supporting digital transformation, system implementation, or business process reengineering projects.
