We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to take full ownership of client relationships across the entire lifecycle. From initial setup to ongoing retention, you will drive engagement, anticipate client needs, and serve as the primary advocate for our client’s end-to-end user experience. Your focus will be on building trust, solving problems, and ensuring our clients achieve real value from our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Guide New Clients: Help new users get started by assisting with account setup, registration, and navigating key platform features.

• Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries via live chat, email, and other messaging platforms.

• Drive Retention: Monitor client activity to spot at-risk accounts. Proactively reach out to disengaged users to resolve issues and bring them back on board.

• Manage Accounts: Stay up to date on product updates to keep clients informed. Proactively monitor account health to identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate.
