Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to provide excellent support to our customers. You will handle inquiries, assist with requests, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with requests, information or issues in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Support process improvements and participate in team meetings or training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all customer information.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. SPM holders may also be considered if they have relevant call center, monitoring or incident-response experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, focused and decisive under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Team-oriented, reliable and adaptable, willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Evening or night shift allowances apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
