• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in any industry.

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology, or digital solutions is a strong advantage.

• Experience handling inbound leads or working in a call centre is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Comfortable conducting sales calls and product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.

• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business for client communication and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.

• Able to quickly learn and confidently present AI and technology-based products.

• Familiarity with AI tools or technology products is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making sales calls.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills.

• Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

• Inbound Sales & Lead Management

• Handle inbound enquiries from warm leads generated by the company.

• Respond promptly to prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and pain points.

• Recommend suitable AI solutions based on clients’ requirements.

• Follow up consistently and effectively to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

• Client Consultation & Product Demonstration

• Conduct online product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.

• Present and explain AI Caller features and benefits clearly to non-technical clients.

• Customise sales presentations according to the client’s industry, business size, and needs.

• Address client questions and objections professionally.

• Build client confidence and demonstrate the value of AI adoption.

• Closing & Account Management

• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements.

• Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.

• Maintain strong after-sales relationships.

• Identify opportunities for referrals, renewals, and additional sales.

• CRM & Sales Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, follow-ups, and deal status.

• Track sales activities and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

• Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
