Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally to create a welcoming clinic atmosphere
Manage client check-ins efficiently to ensure smooth appointment flow
Schedule appointments accurately to optimize veterinary team availability
Process payments promptly and accurately to maintain financial records
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries clearly and helpfully
Maintain and update accurate patient records and client information for effective case management
Assist with administrative tasks to support daily veterinary operations
Uphold high customer service standards to contribute to a positive clinic environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or veterinary settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client care
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to manage clinic tasks effectively
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to supporting the veterinary team
