About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Cloud Technical Solutions Specialist to support communication between our internal technical team, AWS, AWS Partners and customers.

This role is suitable for someone with an IT or cloud background who communicates confidently in both English and Mandarin. You do not need to be an AWS expert, but you must be able to understand technical discussions, organise information clearly and learn new cloud technologies quickly.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Able to participate independently in English technical meetings.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT, Cloud, DevOps, System Support, Technical Support, Solutions or Pre-Sales.

• Basic understanding of servers, virtual machines, storage, databases, networks, APIs and cloud computing.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Able to prepare clear English meeting notes and follow-up items.

• Willing and able to learn AWS products and technical terms quickly.

Added Advantages

• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

• AWS certification or cloud-related training.

• Experience in cloud pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical coordination.

• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, generative AI or cloud migration.

• Attend English meetings with AWS, AWS Partners and overseas stakeholders.

• Understand technical discussions and summarise key requirements.

• Communicate technical questions clearly to our internal Mandarin-speaking team.

• Prepare meeting notes, action items and follow-up updates.

• Follow up on technical questions and project progress with AWS Partners.

• Support cloud migration, Amazon Bedrock, AI and AWS MAP-related projects.
