JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Requires a combination of creativity and business acumen minded to successfully bring products to market. The role will be directly reporting to Senior Manager, Product Line Manager SEA.

Product Planning

• Collaborating with designers and developers - To plan and develop apparel & accessories collections based on market trends, target audience and brand identity. Provide insight to designers and developers after final orders to highlight the range performance and to provide suggestion for improvement needed on future range.
• RRP Setting - Ensuring the right price is set and aligned within SEA market and is competitive against competitors.
• SKU Planning - Ensuring the SKU plan within the assigned portfolio is efficient and able to meet the market needs.
• Collaborating with market merchandisers- Work with local apparel and acc merchandisers to identify business gaps, business opportunities within the market to grow the division and to aid and support in terms of business needs when required.
• Buying - Able to do central buy for kids apparel and accessories within tight dateline.
• Working with external vendors - Able to communicate well with external vendors and team outside of SEA to meet the business requirement of the assigned portfolio.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Using market's inventory and sell out data to perform deep-dive analysis on best and worst sellers, sell through, stock holding and to propose strategic business plans for missed opportunities and close business gaps.
• Responsible in updating all sales data reports and gather all market info from local markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 6 years of working experience as merchandiser or any relevant experience to product category management.
• Analytical mindset, enjoy analyzing data and product research.
• Effective communication skills and methodical work approach.
• Enjoy solving problem and has a great sense of urgency.
• Able to perform under a fast-paced environment
• Independent.
