Job Purpose

Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of IECC programmes and initiatives, including RISE+, IR4U, MY Value Up, Beyond the Gong, and other market development projects. Support stakeholder engagement, market research, programme administration, and data analysis to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the planning, execution, and administration of IECC programmes and market development initiatives.
• Monitor programme deliverables, timelines, budgets, reporting requirements, and operational performance.
• Maintain programme databases, documentation, records, dashboards, and stakeholder information.
• Coordinate payment processing, invoice verification, budget tracking, and vendor administration activities.
• Engage and collaborate with listed companies, brokers, institutional investors, regulators, and other market participants.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, surveys, stakeholder communications, and participant onboarding activities.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives and policy proposals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers, newsletters, and management updates.
• Analyse programme and market data to evaluate performance, participation, and effectiveness of initiatives.
• Monitor programme compliance, track KPIs, and prepare management and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Bursa Malaysia's market development and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements : 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Capital Markets, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, research, programme management, stakeholder engagement, or event management.
• Experience in an exchange, investment, capital market, or financial services environment is preferred.
• Experience and understanding of the investment landscape would be an advantage.
