Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digitalization and transformation projects within semiconductor manufacturing and testing operations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and other business functions.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish project governance, monitor milestones, and provide regular progress updates to regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis.
- Support regional and global transformation initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading digitalization, digital transformation, automation, or manufacturing improvement projects.
- Good understanding of semiconductor back-end manufacturing and testing processes would be highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Candidates from industrial automation or technology solution providers with relevant semiconductor manufacturing exposure are encouraged to apply.
