We are seeking a Temporary Clerk to support our Claims team. The incumbent will provide administrative and operational support in the processing of claims, documentation and other day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient claims operations.

• Assist in the processing of claims in accordance with established company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Perform data entry, filing and maintenance of claims records and documentation.
• Assist in checking and organising supporting documents for claims processing.
• Provide administrative support to ensure timely and efficient claims operations.
• Liaise with team members on incomplete or outstanding documentation, where required.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with a positive working attitude.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates with administrative or clerical experience will have an added advantage.
