REGIONAL TENDER EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.

• Analyse tender requirements and coordinate with APAC offices to ensure accurate and timely responses.

• Work closely with regional teams, local offices and procurement teams to develop competitive tender proposals.

• Prepare project plans, conduct pricing analysis and coordinate internal reviews.

• Maintain accurate tender records and update internal reporting systems.

• Participate in regional meetings and provide tender-related analysis and recommendations.

• Resolve tender-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve processes.

• Support other related projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities.

• Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of cultural diversity.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
