Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics Practicum support: Assist with sourcing and coordinating DAP opportunities, and provide administrative support such as maintaining records, tracking progress and coordinating communications with students and stakeholders.

• Data and analytics: Compile, organise and analyse data for different sub-teams; prepare summaries, reports and presentation materials to support planning and decision-making.

• Operations and event analytics: Track participation, feedback and other relevant information for key operations and events; help produce post-event summaries and insights.

• Event and logistics support: Assist with event preparation and delivery, including registration, venue and materials coordination, participant communications, on-site support and follow-up administration.

• General administrative support: Assist with documentation, scheduling, data entry and other coordination tasks as required by the team.
