The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid solutions and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers.

This team is responsible for growing the different marketing channels that sellers can use to increase their shop’s awareness and convert users to buyers. The team develops and grows all advertising-related solutions. We partner with several major social media platforms to offer the best solution to the seller to reach their business goals.

• Lead the setting, tracking and reporting of key business performance metrics with management
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities across the business portfolio, and build strong business cases to support stakeholder decision-making
• Develop new partnerships with leading media channels to incubate and launch best-in-class advertising and marketing solutions
• Build comprehensive insights about digital marketing industry dynamics, market developments and technology trends, including AI applications in paid traffic and advertising for e-commerce
• Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to support cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organisation

• Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce or related roles
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex problems with a structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in industry and market research and modelling preferred; experience in advertising or e-commerce would be advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
