Job scope :
Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and conduct feasibility assessments.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, product testing, and root cause analysis.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to support sales activities.
Liaise with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
Conduct product training and share technical knowledge with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements :
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
