Job Responsibilities

• Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
• Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions using 8D Problem Solving.
• Lead quality planning activities for new products, including Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Lead & coordinate NPI activities.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with automotive quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Statistical Process Control, and Measurement Systems Analysis.
• Experience in IATF 16949 environment will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
